Public groups can now enable join requests – allowing group admins to review new members before approving them to write in the chat. Users who open the group can tap Request to Join, adding their request to a list that only admins can access. The app is really awesome for me rather than using other Messaging apps for my day-to-day works. It has all the things that meet my requirements. This way, you can keep your number private.

Most people use third-party apps to make sure that no one gets a hand on their private conversations. Telegram, however, has its own lock function to hide privates messages behind a passcode. You can use this to, for example, keep your personal and professional lives separate on Telegram without having to use another messenger app.
