These changes to reactions are currently available in groups and 1-on-1 chats. Group admins can control whether custom reactions may be used in their groups. Share My Live Location continually updates that chat for the period you specify. Be careful about giving away too much information when using this.

To upload new profile images, open Settings. On Android, tap on the camera icon at the top-right. On iPhone, tap the Edit button and choose Set New Photo or Video. Telegram is all about privacy and security, and it isn't beholden to larger companies like Facebook.
