Telegram has an upload limit of 2 GB per single file. It was one of the most valuable Telegram features I mostly loved. The platform supports two types of channels: public and private. To upload new profile images, open Settings. On Android, tap on the camera icon at the top-right. On iPhone, tap the Edit button and choose Set New Photo or Video.
