The option to automatically save media to Gallery is back with renewed vigor: saving media can now be enabled and disabled separately for chats with users, groups or channels. If you're part of many Telegram chats—maybe you joined too many of the best Telegram channels—they can quickly become annoying. When this happens, you can always mute a chat without leaving it. You can also order the folders you just created, but note that the default ‘All chats’ folder will always be the first one.

Telegram is all about privacy and security, and it isn't beholden to larger companies like Facebook.
