Public groups can now enable join requests – allowing group admins to review new members before approving them to write in the chat. Final Thoughts In general, Telegram is as safe or safer than most other chat apps. It could be argued that WhatsApp’s end-to-end encryption on all messaging is a better approach, but the company’s ties to Facebook/Meta may turn off privacy advocates. Chat Folders The app is really awesome for me rather than using other Messaging apps for my day-to-day works. It has all the things that meet my requirements. Finally, Telegram has brought a list view for search results in chronological order. Earlier, finding something by incessantly tapping on “next” was a tiring exercise. Since Telegram stores chats and files on a remote server instead of your device, you can also access everything (except secret chats) from the web. Access it via the web portal or any of several Chrome extensions. You don’t need a separate image/video editor to make your photos/videos more compelling.
