You can also customize your chat background image in “Chat Background” in Chat Settings. To get going, open the Telegram app on your device. In addition to these functions, you can enable in-app browsing that lets you open external links within the app. All these options are available under the “Chat Settings” section. Once you have created the group, users in the vicinity will be able to view it on their device and join.

All your normal chat media will be saved in your cloud storage. But, secret chats are not a part of the Telegram cloud.
