To set self-destruction timer, swipe right on the homepage, tap “New Secret Chat”, and add recipients. This feature also works in your “Saved Messages” chat, turning your planned messages into reminders.

Launch the Telegram app on your iPhone or Android device -> navigate to the Settings and choose Devices.
