All usernames on Telegram have their own t.me/username links, making it easy to share public profile, group or channel anywhere on the internet. To lock a chat go to Settings->Privacy and Security->Passcode Lock and enable it. If you want to see all the messages in one location, you can just tap on the hashtag and all the messages with that hashtag will come up.
