All your normal chat media will be saved in your cloud storage. But, secret chats are not a part of the Telegram cloud. On WhatsApp and other messaging apps, you can send uncompressed media by changing the media extension to something like PDF or EXE. Public groups can now enable join requests – allowing group admins to review new members before approving them to write in the chat.
