The app allows users to edit photos and even replace them after you have sent it. Launch the Telegram app on your iPhone or Android device -> navigate to the Settings and choose Devices. Delete Sender’s Message On Android, simply slide out the left menu and choose New Secret Chat to start a new one. Now, you can choose the time after which the media will be deleted from everywhere.

It will show you all active sessions along with your device info. Select the one you want to terminate or terminate all of them in one go.
