To upload new profile images, open Settings. On Android, tap on the camera icon at the top-right. On iPhone, tap the Edit button and choose Set New Photo or Video. Private Chats in Telegram Settings To start a Secret Chat, you can either tap on the option in the hamburger menu and select a contact to start the chat.
