To create one of these, go to Settings or a Chat Info page, click Edit > click the Profile Picture > select Sticker or Emoji. Similar options are available for sharing your phone number and profile photo. You can also select who can add a link to your account when forwarding messages, who can call you, and who can add you in groups. Telegram has an upload limit of 2 GB per single file. Over the years, Telegram has built up an extensive bot ecosystem that adds even more functionality to the app. All your normal chat media will be saved in your cloud storage. But, secret chats are not a part of the Telegram cloud.
