You don’t have to start from scratch to make Telegram apps. TDLib (Telegram Database Library) makes it easy to develop feature-rich and secure apps. Self-destruct Media in Normal Chats To start a Secret Chat, you can either tap on the option in the hamburger menu and select a contact to start the chat.
