To use a proxy server in Telegram, open Settings > Data and Storage > Proxy Settings. Enable Use Proxy and you'll need to fill in all the required information to add it. You can find server info for this online if needed. If you don’t want messages in your secret chats to hang around forever, Telegram lets you set self-destruct timers to permanently remove them. If you select the Scheduled option, the auto-night mode will kick in at a pre-defined time which you can change. Personally, I prefer the scheduling option, however, you can use the one you like.
