To get going, open the Telegram app on your device. Then, head over to a chat and tap on the name of the chat at the top. Telegram is kind of a big deal for me. To make such a group or find people near you, swipe right on the homepage, tap on “Contacts”, and then tap on “Find People Nearby”. You will see a list of nearby people and groups sorted by distance.
