Telegram Settings By subscribing to Telegram Premium, users unlock doubled limits, 4 GB file uploads, faster downloads, exclusive stickers and reactions, improved chat management – and a whole lot more. The company has redesigned the reaction panel, making it expandable. The app will also show reactions that a user frequently uses at the top. Some of these funds will go back to users in the form of enhanced visibility for channels or payments to creators of unique sticker packs.

Since an update in 2019, Telegram has allowed users to delete messages sent by other users, across all devices. It’s a somewhat divisive feature.
