4 KABs were used on the western suburbs of Kherson. The Su-34s are returning to Crimea, where a Su-35 (currently circling near Krasnoperekopsk, northern Crimea) will escort them back to their airbase.

We will probably see a video of the strikes filmed from a Russian recon drone in the coming hours.

The Wall Street Journal, citing U.S. officials, reports that the Trump administration has lifted restrictions preventing Ukraine from using western long-range weapons to strike targets inside internationally recognised parts of Russia.

Yesterday, the Ukrainian general staff reported that Ukrainian Storm Shadow cruise missiles impacted the Bryansk Chemical Plant. While there is no visual confirmation of this yet, some Russian channels have corroborated these claims.

U.S. Secretary of the Treasury Scott Bessent has announced that the U.S. will implement additional sanctions against Russia. The details of this sanctions package are expected to be announced as early as this evening. Meanwhile, the EU has agreed to implement their 19th package of sanctions against Russia.

This comes as Trump and Putin's scheduled meeting in the Hungarian capital of Budapest was cancelled yesterday, with Trump saying that he was avoiding a "wasted meeting", after reports that Putin refused to freeze the frontline along its current line of contact in a phone call with Trump.

There's an increased threat of Russian Iskander-M ballistic missile launches from OTRK installations in Bryansk and Voronezh Oblasts for the next 24 hours, following new deliveries of missiles over the past few days.

Launches from these regions primarily target Kyiv Oblast, Chernihiv Oblast, Poltava Oblast, Donetsk Oblast, Kharkiv Oblast, and Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.

For transparency, I removed my thread on Russia's drone strikes on the kindergarten in Kharkiv City. I went back and looked at some additional videos, and it seems two drones hit either end of the building, contrary to what I outlined. This rules out the possibility of electronic warfare interference.

For some reason, none of the many different local channels I am in (not even official outlets) published any footage showing the second hit on the already burning building and instead only posted videos of the first impact, and the photos of the damage. Everything else seemed to line up because of this key missing piece of info.

I apologise for the misinformation; it was not my intention to incorrectly cover this. If I have the time, I will post some newer, more up-to-date information on these strikes in the near future, as there are some other things that I want to add.

Shit like this is why we shouldn't fight wars. Whoever was responsible for this attack needs to be held fully accountable, but we all know that won't happen.

Let's be real, both sides have always harboured war criminals.

Russia won't prosecute their drone operators who have been terrorising and murdering civilians in Kherson while actively celebrating it online.

Ukraine won't prosecute their drone and artillery crews who target civilians in places such as Horlivka and Kursk Oblast.

While the civilian casualty rates in this war have been far lower than most other wars, stuff like this still happens, and no one will do anything about it.

The Kamianske Hydroelectric Power Plant in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast came under attack for the second day in a row. As many as 9 Russian Geran-2 drones impacted it at different points, resulting in large fires breaking out.

Note: the claims on Russian channels of 20+ impacts are completely false. There weren't even 20 Gerans over the whole of Ukraine at the time.
