Local channels report one successful interception

Russian KAB glide-bombs and Italmas drones targeted Sumy's energy infrastructure. Currently, the entire city is without power, but efforts are underway to restore it to certain areas. Widespread mobile connection outages were also reported.

Russian forces have captured the village of Oleksiivka, Pokrovske direction, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.

Pre-war population: ~206.
Total land area: ~1.02 km².

Pakistan and the Afghan Taliban have agreed to a 48-hour ceasefire following a request from the Taliban. It started at 6pm PKT (8 minutes ago), and peace talks are expected to commence during this period.

In the Pokrovske direction, Russian forces continued to advance towards the Vovcha River from the south, and have captured the village of Oleksiivka.

After consolidating in the treelines to the south and accumulating enough infantry there, Russian forces advanced north from their foothold in the southern houses of Oleksiivka and cleared the central part of the village. They then went on to cross a tributary of the Vovcha River into the eastern houses of the settlement, while other forces reached the northwestern-most point.

+ ~1.61 km² in favour of Russia.
