Designed for cost-effective detection and interception of cheap, swarm-capable drones.

Challenges:

Scale: Borders with Russia & Belarus exceed 3,400 km.

Funding: High cost, limited national budgets, political disagreements.

Coordination: Multi-country integration and AI-based threat management required.

Technology: Swarm drones and decoys complicate detection.

Current Status:

Conceptual stage; reluctance from France & Germany slows progress.
