If he does, and I suspect he will, this will be overturned on appeal. And while the prospect of thousands of illegal aliens released back onto the streets paints an ugly picture, the net result of this move may well reach the Supreme Court.

This is muy importante bigger picture as it would settle the matter of “equitable relief” in relation to defining what due process for illegal immigration entails.

And that's impt b/c as of today, the matter remains unresolved, which is why the left can use this angle as a strategy to benefit illegal aliens and keep them in the US.

BTW: It's true. Activist liberal judges represent the bane of our Republic.

Just so we are very, VERY clear: Article II, Section 2 of the US Constitution grants the President complete and total power over the use of the military should he so desire.

Basically, Article II Section 2 has the power to make a President a “dictator”.

And this is why they have been calling him a “King”, or a “dictator” - because they know that at some point he is gonna take full control and do what must be done to save the Republic.

It is them projecting and trying to get out in front of it because they know it’s coming.
