New filings in the RAM case allow us to identify Justin Naoki Fragosa as the Antifa who pepper sprayed the crowd which included an older woman who was a Republican party organizer
After the mace attack, Fragosa (who was w/ 2 other antifa) was then seen getting punched by Rundo. Fragosa was arrested and referred for prosecution with 2 other Antifa including Jessica Aguilar. The 3 were pointed to by the court as some of the similarly placed individuals not prosecuted under the anti-riot act leading to the selective prosecution dismissal.
Following the brawl, Fragosa flees with and is seen side-by-side with "journalist" Frank Tristan. Tristan was featured with Antifa (Emily Gorcenski) in the PBS documentary that was a key motivator/info source (according to US Attorney Thomas Cullen) in the charges against RAM
These documents come from sentencing memos for Tyler Laube who was not party to the selective prosecution dismissal. Government is requesting 6 months prison, Laube requests time served.

Attention...⚖️ In an unprecedented situation, Mr. Rundo was made a prisoner even though there was no case against him and therefore no legal process to follow. Weeks later, after being denied phone, email, and commissary privileges, The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit has said Mr. Rundo is entitled to a bail hearing with the caveat that even if he makes bail, 3 days must pass to allow the prosecutors to appeal the decision again!
🫵🏻 Mr. Rundo is a man who hasn't backed down and has had everything thrown at him. One small thing you can do to show your support to someone of such character is to send him a book and take time to write him a letter.

A lot of you guys are probably going to be taken back when you hear this, but so was I at the time. However, after observing the development of the nationalist scene in the west over the course of the last two years, especially in Canada, I have to agree with Rob. An I feel like now is as good as time as any to publish this clip, since the number of actual leaders seems to have dropped off.
When we first started we had no resources or support behind us, even now when we critique our contemporaries they try to push us out from a scene we helped build. They appeal to their large audiences to generate a consensus that supports their position on nationalist matters, but do very little themselves to occupy physical space.
If you saw a lot of these men you would think they were brave and seasoned warriors, but it appears that they have the courage and heart of mice. And instead of reaching out to those who have been doing things, they function solely on words, with no action or experience to back them up.
