Keep yourself busy in improving yourself day by day. An idle mind is really a devils workshop. whenever you are busy in your stuffs your mind will not dwell into unnecessary thoughts. The problem is our thoughts and feelings control us. and until they control us we will not be able to realize our real full potential. we must need to block all distractions in order to know your best self. Isnt it strange that its no one who is stopping you but your own self .
Overthinking stems from a mind that wants to predict, control, and fix everything. Krishna doesn’t dismiss Arjuna’s struggle. He acknowledges the difficulty but assures him that with practice (abhyasa) and detachment (vairagya), the mind can be trained.

We all have seen something very painful in life and whenever our mind make us remember that thing it hurts like hell every time... but we need to understand that it's just a matter of time... time passes... memories get blurred and we move on to the path of healing but healing is not something about forget it completely but it's about acceptance... accept it all with a strong heart after that It won't hurt you always... you remember it with a learning... you would just keep good part of it in your heart... you would remember it but not with a pain but a satisfaction that you have got over all this and learned something in order to become a better version of yourself and that's the true version of healing.
Because healing isn’t forgetting,
It’s remembering without breaking.

Have patience...
Take your time..
Be strong...
