Krishna advises action only after deep internal inquiry. He warns Arjuna not to confuse impulsive reaction with righteous duty. In Gita 3.6, he says:
“He who restrains the organs of action but continues to dwell on the objects of the senses in his mind is deluded and hypocritical.” The teaching is clear: thinking about an action constantly is not the same as consciously choosing it. Karma begins when you choose to act not when a thought first appears.

In a world of copies, dare to stay original... the best version of you is the real you.
In today's world where every other soul wants to be the part of running crowd, preserving our inner authenticity is very rare.
we often criticise the world for the things that we don't feel rational but sooner or later we too become the part of the world we used to hate... we loose our uniqueness in the world chaos or to be fit in so called "modern society"
But the thing is we don't need to change ourselves according to worldly conditions.... if you truely love your innerself... don't fall prey of the limelight of external world.
Instead of changing just to be accepted, focus on becoming the best version of yourself... grounded, unique and rare.🌷✨

In Chapter 6, Verse 34, Arjuna confesses:
“The mind is restless, turbulent, strong and obstinate. Controlling it is like trying to control the wind.”
Sound familiar? Overthinking stems from a mind that wants to predict, control, and fix everything. Krishna doesn’t dismiss Arjuna’s struggle. He acknowledges the difficulty but assures him that with practice (abhyasa) and detachment (vairagya), the mind can be trained.
