Be kind to yourself. If your body ask for a gap , give it and come back strong again . Ultimately always remember that without good health you are nothing . Health is so important . Only when your body and mind align you can do your work. For a vehicle to move, two tiers are equally important, without anyone malfunctioning it could not. Hence keep going and make yourself the highest priority. Break your boundaries and see how far you can fly.

Do not expect anyone to understand your journey or to empathise with you. know your self power. You are enough. you do not need anyone to heal you instead you are the healer . When you stop expecting things, things will come to you manifold . stop chasing the butterfly it will come to you by itself if you are a beautiful flower. And to become it, you must know that you are enough and you are bound to no limitations. Things that limit you are nothing but flaws. Each day try to break your limits. That limits which are set by you , saying i cant do this , i cant do that etc. These are mere limitations set by your own mind. This is neither true. Human mind knows no limitations, it is already prepared and made to handle the worst. Today work upon things that you are afraid of by breaking your self made limitations. It shall give you inner happiness and sense of fulfillment. Hence break everything that hold your inner best . Godspeed.
