One of those miracle Peat stories
(I choose to believe it).
Another miracle. This pizza costs €6 and has very clean ingredients.
Need to know where I can order this in Europa.
Guy cures nicotine addiction, reverses hair loss and improves overall metabolism. Allegedly.

Very cool what this guy is doing. He’s putting all his skill points into jumping.

Most of my focus is going towards bodybuilding up until May 5th. Practicing some wild posing here. Stay natural and healthy. #fyzeekfriday ➿➿➿➿➿πŸŸ₯➿➿➿➿➿
This was a good experience though I didn’t particularly enjoy it.
I refused to do modern posing because it looks retarded.

Will continue to lean out this summer, I was definitely the fattest person there.
Going to emphasize legs and triceps which are still my weak points.

πŸ§™β€β™‚οΈEPISODE 2 is LIVE⏺ https://youtu.be/G-SNG_lIpHE Sit back, relax and enjoy the ambient(?) atmosphere as I yap about Peating, becoming stressless, and bodybuilding. πš²π‘π‚πš¨ππ„ π•πˆπ“πš¨π‹πˆπ“π˜ ➿➿➿➿➿⬜️➿➿➿➿➿
Things I learned trying to get lean:

1. Do not force your body to lose fat
Forcing your body to lose fat by vehemently reducing calories is too stressful and will be counterproductive for your hormones and metabolism.

Instead of reducing calories by large amounts during a few months’ cut, I’d rather slowly work towards increasing energy expenditure and slightly decrease food intake over a longer period of time β€” not to the point of feeling extremely hungry but just enough where you feel like you could eat more.
So let’s say a 100~200 caloric β€œdeficit” simply by eyeballing food intake instead of going from 3200 calories to 2200 and counting every grain.
Of course prioritizing nutritionally dense foods.

2. No more bulk
I’m going to hover closer to a lower bodyfat % year round instead of bulking up to around 15% bodyfat and then having to lose 5-8% again.
Being higher bodyfat in my experience doesn’t seem to help with muscle hypertrophy and I feel higher T when around 10-12% bodyfat. Higher body fat can also aromatize more estrogen.

3. Reframing β€œPeating”
Stress is inevitable. Stress makes us grow. Prioritize eustress over distress in as many facets of life as you can.
This can go deep but to keep it in context it also means being well rested and well nourished.
For example: you sacrifice a good night’s rest by eating too little -> the body fights against you.
You want just enough stress to grow, but not so much it starts taking away from you.
It’s quite a narrow path.
Getting rid of unnecessary stressors and drama helps a lot.
Might talk more about this in episode 3.

Good video describing why modern gym culture is mostly gay and the resurgence of the golden era spirit.

β€œYou can throw in all the golden era poses you want but don’t piss on my leg and tell me this is classic”.

TDLR: Yes, the changes are very obvious.

Well at the beginning for example, you will sweat alot after a couple of minutes of practice, you will feel pretty hot but once you get to higher CPs you won't sweat like crazy anymore, but other things will happen.
You should be able to see a notable change in sleep quality.
You also change feel a change in mind, more calmness, etc.
After practice and hours afterwards you should also have a bit more energy than what you normally have.

After a week or so, depends on CP change speed, your appetite will change a bit, usually organic food will look more tasty and processed stuff will start to look boring, and overall metabolism changes quite dramatically, but this also depends on how fast your CP goes up.

I could write a really really really long list, but these are kind of the most obvious at the beginning.

Stuff that would probably be really helpful for you:
- muscle recovery and general recovery becomes a bit insane the higher up your CP goes.
- way more energy during workout and in general.
- way way more endurance.
- pain does not feels so bad anymore.
- and later on, you will just have a natural arising want to workout, do sports, just move around (aka you don't have to drag/motivate yourself to workout).

Basically the higher your CP is the more you can workout with better results than "normally", with less and less problems, but most people just use it for more life-energy and state of mind (like me, so how to maximize gains with Buteyko is something you will have to figure out yourself).

Recently getting Buteyko pilled again. Tried it for a bit years ago when I found out it was Peaty then forgot about it.

I do often placebo the heck out of myself but regardless I just had the best pump in months while feeling very calm and centered.

Breathing is something you do as long as you’re here so might as well master it.

The above post is a nice summary by a guild member on Buteyko
(CP = Control Pause).
This is very valuable stuff that can actually change your life for the better.

Have you ever noticed that when you have a fever and you look in the mirror you look beautiful?

I believe it’s because in such a state every unnecessary thought feels cumbersome so you’re very out of your head and present to the moment.
(It’s also pro-metabolic).
