“It’s the pain and failure that teaches you the best lesson in life and motivates you to rebuild yourself and stand again with a robust faith.”

The fact that you are older does not automatically mean that you are more skilled, if you do not train the skill, you will still lack it.

It is not want of strength that locks us into unlived lives. Rather, it is lack of a decisive cause, something worth striving for, an ambitious purpose that sets our hearts ablaze and our feet marching forward. Our striving for a meaningful life is one of the main factors associated with psychological well-being.

“Every successful person in the world is a hustler one way or another. We all hustle to get where we need to be. Only a fool would sit around and wait on another man to feed him.”

Few things are more important in life than avoiding the wrong people.

It’s tempting to think that we are strong enough to avoid adopting the worst of others, but that’s not how it typically works.

We unconsciously become what we’re near. If you work for a jerk, sooner or later, you’ll become one yourself. If your colleagues are selfish, sooner or later, you become selfish. If you hang around someone who’s unkind, you’ll slowly become unkind. Little by little, you adopt the thoughts and feelings, the attitudes and standards of the people around you.

The changes are too gradual to notice until they’re too large to address.

Don't be like some people. Refer your friends to opportunities, and lift your friends up.

You have to, every single day if necessary.

Imagine yourself 10 years from now. You're sitting alone in a quiet room, looking back on your life. The world has moved on, opportunities have come and gone, and you’re left with the thoughts of what could have been. You feel a tightness in your chest as you think about the times you chose comfort over effort, fear over courage, and doubt over belief in yourself.

The moments you thought, “I’ll do it later,” but later never came. The dreams you once had—the ones that kept you awake at night with excitement—now feel like whispers from a distant past, drowned out by excuses you told yourself.

You see others living the life you once dreamed of, not because they were better, smarter, or luckier, but because they refused to give up. They fought through failures, rejections, and hardships that you let stop you. And now, as you sit in silence, you feel a pang of regret that cuts deeper than any failure ever could: the regret of knowing you could have been so much more.

But let me tell you this: that future doesn’t have to be yours. Right now, you still have time. Every second, every breath, every moment is a chance to rewrite your story. You can become the person who looks back 10 years from now, not with regret, but with pride. The person who says, “I gave it my all, and I made it".

The path to success will be hard, but so is living with regret. The choice is yours. Don’t let your future self down.

The only thing standing between you and your dreams is the action you take today.
