On a completely different note, my official response is coming in shortly. I have literally addressed every single statement made in the post. So I kindly ask the author of the post not to delete or edit his original text.

Letβs break it down line by line. So here we go.
It is true that we value our teachers and recognize their efforts when they demonstrate excellence. We believe any education center operating in Uzbekistan would do the same, if not more, if they had as many instructors with an overall band score of 9.0.
The author of this post, who began his teaching career at IELTS ZONE and worked with us for many years, should know better that IELTS ZONE has always prioritized student results, both in quantity and quality. The fact that we are not making as many posts presenting student results can be attributed to several factors, including but not limited to:
1) Student Exam Scheduling
We no longer actively encourage our students to sit for the exam on the same day, so the numbers are spread out across different exam dates. If needed, we can go back to our previous approach of registering students en masse for the same exam date. This would result in the number of students achieving band 7 or higher at least tripling as long as we track down all the results, which leads to my second point.
2) Post-Graduation Tracking
There are no strong incentives for teachers to track their studentsβ results post-graduation. As a result, many of our student results go unnoticed even by our SMM team, who is apparently made up of just one part-time specialist. We do not emphasize aggressively presenting student results to the public, as we are actually busy helping them achieve their dream scores, rather than exploiting every single result we get as we may have in the past. This is because IELTS ZONE has long evolved beyond such methods of attracting students. Letβs be honest: presenting student results can be quite biased, as top-scoring students can easily be cherry-picked. Admittedly, to some extent, we do this too, but not as frequently as we used to.
Some of you might wonder if there is a more unbiased and transparent way of presenting student results. The answer is: Yes! This will be possible in 2024 with the aid of a third party - IDP IELTS, who has promised to publicly disclose all statistics regarding student results from all its partnering centers. So, instead of relying on one-sided, cherry-picked student results, letβs wait for the official statistical tracking, which is planned to be released at the end of 2024. That way, we will be able to see which center actually has a higher average score in terms of student results. I am far from suggesting it will be IELTS ZONE, but wouldnβt it make for a more meaningful discussion than making baseless assumptions? Speaking of baseless assumptions, letβs analyze the next statement.
This βboldβ claim (even highlighted in bold) is ironically the easiest to refute. That particular niner, Oybek Abdurahmonov, did, in fact, retake the test on Sunday (only because he had registered for three more exams but couldnβt refund his test fees after scoring his first 9.0) and achieved a band score of 9.0 again (9, 9, 8, 9). We chose not to publicize this extensively as it was the exact same score. Now that you have brought it up, he also took the test on Monday, scoring an overall 9.0 FOR THE THIRD TIME in just six days. Having sat the exam ONLY five times, Oybek has now achieved an overall score of 9.0 THREE TIMES without EOR or OSR.
Let that sink in⦠3 out of 5, which is equal to 60% of likelihood. Like I said, this guy is a freaking monster!
In fact, he is the only individual in Uzbekistan to score an overall 9.0 more than once within the shortest period of time without having to use an EOR or OSR for that matter.
Lately, some education centers care too much about teachersβ results than their studentsβ results.
It is true that we value our teachers and recognize their efforts when they demonstrate excellence. We believe any education center operating in Uzbekistan would do the same, if not more, if they had as many instructors with an overall band score of 9.0.
