To go vs to study
In English, it's very common to say "to go to [university name]" to indicate that you're a student at that university. In Uzbek, we usually use the word "study" to convey the same meaning. While "study" isn't necessarily incorrect, "go" is more commonly used, particularly in everyday English.
P.S. If youβve paid attention, one of the first questions asked in your IELTS Speaking exam is: βDo you work or are you a student?β rather than βDo you work or study?β
