The given poll asked subscribers to indicate when they first took the IELTS exam. Overall, a total of just over 6,500 have responded. The largest proportion of respondents have not taken the test yet but plan to do so soon, while among those who have, most took it in recent years.

According to the results, 46% of participants have not attempted the exam yet but intend to take it shortly, making this the biggest group. The next largest category, at 38%, comprises those who sat the test between 2020 and 2025.

In contrast, only a small proportion took the test earlier: 7% between 2015 and 2020, 2% from 2010 to 2015, and just 3% before 2010. Additionally, 4% of respondents selected the option indicating they only wanted to view the results.

In plain English, it means that candidates just list the numbers without summarizing, comparing or identifying key features.

If you ever took the IELTS test through the British Council before 2019, there’s a good chance your Test Report Form comes with that same signature. It belongs to someone who has given so much to the development of IELTS in Uzbekistan, not just as a professional, but as a pillar of the entire process. From helping students in the British Council library in the late '90s, to managing the IELTS exams for over two decades, she ensured everything ran smoothly and fairly.

Her name is Gulnoza Nadjemidinova, today, she urgently needs our help. She has recently been diagnosed with sarcoma, an aggressive form of cancer. Thankfully, it was caught early, and her doctors believe there’s a strong chance for recovery, if treatment begins on time.
