Official Announcement: Refund Policy Updated per Iceberg Request

In response to a request from the Iceberg team to align with all other participating launchpads, our refund policy has been updated.

As part of this revision, the Vesting Refund Protection (VRP) model will be replaced with the Time-Sensitive Refund Policy (TRP). This change was made at the project's request to ensure consistency across platforms and a smoother experience for all participants.

To support this transition, a 50 million token reward will be distributed to IDO participants by BinStarter, based on eligibility criteria that will be announced later. This reward initiative reflects an idea proposed by the project and jointly implemented to reinforce community trust and participation.
