👋 Happy Thursday Everyone,
Yesterday the SEC denied 😔 nine ETF proposals from three groups: ProShares, GraniteShares, and Direxion.
As subscribers of our 🚨ETF Alerts 🚨 you were the first to know this news. Our alerts went off at 3:03pm PST - right when the official decisions were announced by the SEC.
While the ProShares decision was expected yesterday, the GraniteShares and Direxion decisions were expected to come in Mid-September.
Overall the SEC gave the same reasoning for all three denials. As crypto-to-crypto exchanges are unregulated at this time, they are susceptible to manipulation. Until the SEC has surveillance agreements in place with a regulated exchange, it is unlikely they will approve any ETF product.
That leaves two ETF still on the table. The Bitwise ETF will have its first decision occur by Sept 7th, and the VanEck/SolidX ETF will have its next decision occur by Sept 30th. We believe it is highly likely that the SEC will delay decisions on both these ETFs at those deadline dates.
Our Telegram alerts and API will be active for both of those ETF decisions and as a subscriber of ours, you'll be the first to know.
🚨Our API alerts are the fastest alerts available and we are launching 🎉 a referral program for those who wish to gain access to our API.

Happy Tuesday eveyone!
Later this week we should be recieving the first decision from the SEC on the Bitwise ETF Proposal.
It is our opinion that this first decision will be to DELAY any decision and there will likely be no effect on price as a result.
Nevertheless, we will make sure to keep you alerted once we have first news of the decision.

Also stay tuned today for the likely DELAY decision from the SEC regarding the BITWISE ETF
🚨The Bitwise ETF decision will not be happening today.
It has come to our attention that Bitwise's ETF form filed 45 days ago did not include a proposed day and exchange for launch and as a result the 45 day clock was never started.
Until this additional info is filed with the SEC, there is no deadline for the Bitwise ETF.

This means that the next date to look out for is SEPT 30th which is the deadline for the VanEck/SolidX ETF Proposal. This is the main ETF that we all have our eyes on.
We will keep you updated as we learn new info.

❓We've also had a few of you request a text (SMS) alert for ETF decisions and would love to hear if you're interested in us building out that feature for you.
Would you pay $5 for a TEXT (SMS) Alert for the next SEC ETF decision?
There are some “ETF APPROVED” rumors going around on twitter right now.
