雖然香港現狀以及未來的日子並不明朗，而且香港人遵受打壓，但亦無阻香港人在英國以另類方式去抗爭。是次由Liverpool Stands with Hong Kong 以及暖氣軍師撐香港合辦的7.1 「香港淪陷」 利物浦相片展覽能夠順利舉行，首先，我們十分感謝所有7.1相片展覽中的投稿者的積極參與，以及 Nottingham Stands With HK，協助我們用相片方式把抗爭信息傳遞到英國大眾，提升香港抗爭運動的關注度。此外，還很感謝 昨天出席相片展覽的所有參與者，帶來是次活動的成功。

Despite the unforeseeable future with rapidly deteriorating political situation in Hong Kong, on the 1st of July 2021 (Thursday) Liverpool Stands with Hong Kong alongside with Justitia Hong Kong had successfully held a photo exhibition, entitled ‘The Downfall of Hong Kong’, in Williamson Square, Liverpool, with the purpose of commemorating the Hong Kong anti-extradition law protests in 2019 and the dark days in Hong Kong.
First of all, we would like to express our gratitude to all the photographers who submitted their photographs to us, as well as Nottingham stands with HK for providing us with more photographs to display, so that we could spread the message to the international community. We would like to thanks everyone for joining us yesterday at the 7.1 “The downfall of Hong Kong” — Liverpool Photo exhibition, without your support we will not be able to hold this event successfully.

24年前的今天，是香港從英國政府手中移交主權的一天。
7月1日，JHK代表於Now!舉辦的集會上帶領大家為犧牲了性命的烈士默哀，奉上最真摯、尊敬的祝福。
自從24年前的這天起，香港的民主自由、法治在中國共產黨的壓迫下逐漸滅亡。
在國安法成立以來，香港的情況更迅速惡化倒退，一國兩制徹底滅亡。
媒體被噤聲，教師被釘牌，教材內容被篡改等等。就連代表香港人的政府，也不是由人民所選出。
2003年起，香港市民上街發表訴求，還能享受言論及集會自由，但今天在香港的人，已再不能發聲。
今年在倫敦的7月1日，我們要記住這場仗並沒有結束。呼籲世界提防共產黨的滲透是我們的職責。我們要保衛屬於自己的家園，不管是香港或英國或是任何地方。

On the same day 24 years ago, Hong Kong was handed over to China by the British Government.
On 1 July, a representative of JHK led a moment of silence at an event organized by Now! to honour those who sacrificed their lives and to send our sincere and respectful blessings.
It was from this day 24 years ago that Hong Kong gradually lost its democracy, liberty and rule of law under the repressive CCP regime.
Since the passage of the National Security Law, the situation in Hong Kong has deteriorated even more rapidly. One country two systems vanished overnight.
Media have been silenced. Teachers have been disqualified. Teaching materials have been distorted. Even the Hong Kong government, which is supposed to represent Hongkongers, is not democratically elected by the people.
Since 2003, Hong Kong citizens have been going to the streets to protest and to make their voices heard. It was a time when Hong Kong still had freedom of the press and assembly. Today, all these freedoms are gone. Hongkongers no longer have a voice.
Today, 1 July, in London, we must remember that this battle has not yet ended. It is our duty to urge the world to be guard against infiltration by the CCP. We must defend our homeland, whether this home is in Hong Kong, in the UK or any other places.
Hongkongers shall never surrender.
