Another glorious PUB/HISTORY walking #TOUR complete. Thank you to the absolutely amazing crowd who made the day so special. I'm very lucky to have such wonderful people take such interest in Britain's lost and loving pubs and the history surrounding them. Thank you for the attendance and the monumental support. It means the absolute world to me. On to the next one! ♥️🍻🤝

UPCOMING Pub/History #Tour(s) for OCTOBER

TOUR 1: Fleet Street/#Holborn
🗓 11th October
👥 Blackfriars station (north of the river)
🕦 11 AM

TOUR 2: #Waterloo
🗓 18th October
👥 Waterloo Station
🕦 11 AM

TOUR 3: #Holborn, #Clarkelwell, and #Bloomsbury
🗓 25th October
👥 Farringdon Station

We will be visiting some of #London's most famous and impressive pubs whilst venturing into various historical epochs. Britain's pubs were never just places to drink, but a much needed excuse to be among one another. And of course, during many fascinating times in history. The public houses we still walk past today played their parts in everything from law to war. Join us for a walk and a few refreshments as we delve into the living museums of #Britain.

The tours will last between 2-1/2 to 3 hours (usually more) and will (usually) end in a pub.

Prices: £20 per ticket (for over 18s),
16-18: £10
Under 16s: Free (If accompanied by a paying adult)

Thank you to those who've attended so far. 🤝

The Cockney Pride Tavern was a London pub located in Piccadilly Circus, known for its unique basement location across two levels, a cockney-themed downstairs bar, and live music that varied from music hall to country and western. The pub was permanently closed and absorbed into the Criterion development, with the building disappearing during re-development in the early 1990s.
