Pavel Durov, the billionaire founder of Telegram, has announced that he plans to split his entire fortune—worth over $17.1 billion—among his 106 children. That includes six biological kids and more than 100 children born through sperm donation across 12 countries.

He emphasized that all of his children will be treated equally, regardless of how they were born. However, none of them will be allowed to access the inheritance until they are at least 30 years old. Durov said he wants his children to experience life independently and succeed based on their own merit, not just money.
