𝐎𝐅𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐈𝐀𝐋: Chelsea have confirmed that goalkeepers Lucas Bergström, Eddie Beach and Luke Campbell will leave the club on June 30 upon the expiry of their respective contracts. 🤝

🧤Goalkeeper Lucas Bergstrom brings his six years with the Blues to an end. He joined Chelsea from Turun Palloseura in his native Finland during the 2018/19 campaign and rose through the ranks in the Academy.

In addition to featuring regularly for the youth sides, Bergstrom was named among the substitutes for the senior team on a number of occasions over the last four seasons, including for the victory over Real Betis in this season's UEFA Conference League final.

🧤Eddie Beach will also leave the club this summer. The Wales Under-21 international signed from Southampton in 2022 and was named on the bench for the men’s team for two Premier League fixtures during 2023/24, in addition to spending time on loan at several clubs, most recently Crawley Town.

🧤The other goalkeeper departing Chelsea at the end of June is Luke Campbell, who featured regularly for the Under-18s as the Blues won the Under-18 Premier League southern title in 2023/24. He spent the first half of this season on loan at Hendon, making three Under-21s appearances following his return to the Blues.

Chelsea Under-21s striker Donnell McNeilly has rejected a contract offer to stay at Stamford Bridge and is planning to leave this summer.

McNeilly’s current deal expires at the end of the month and Chelsea wanted to give him an extension.

But the 19-year-old, who has not been given a chance to play for the senior side despite consistently being among the leading scorers in the youth ranks in recent years, is looking to leave in order to get first-team football.

McNeilly is generating interest from Premier League and EFL clubs. The teenager’s main priority is joining a side with the best pathway to getting senior minutes so he can kick on with the next phase of his career.

As well as scoring 15 times in 28 appearances for the Under-21s this season, the striker showed his ability against Chelsea’s senior players in a training drill game back in March by netting a brace.

Chelsea will not be able to charge a fee for McNeilly’s departure because he is under 24 but will be entitled to compensation because he has been with them since Under-12 level.

@Manchester_City are set to complete the signing of experienced goalkeeper Marcus Bettinelli from Chelsea.

Bettinelli, who has a year remaining on his contract at Stamford Bridge, will move for an undisclosed fee.

He is expected to be part of City’s squad for the Club World Cup with Chelsea, appreciative of his service over his four years at the club, helping facilitate a move in time for the newly-expanded tournament.
