We are delighted to welcome you as our attendees and cannot wait to amaze you at the Tech Fest today. Before the event, we have some essential information to share with you to enhance your experience during the fest.
β οΈ The event is open for everyone, its not necessary for only AASTU students.
β¨Attendance Details:
πͺͺ Identification: Please carry a valid ID for identification purposes upon entry. NO ID means, NO entry to the event.
πVenue: AASTU's New Graduation Hall (New Auditorium), NB: The Event hall is right outside the campus. Google Map: https://goo.gl/maps/H4TznAsD5WhiY755A
π΄NB: For those of you coming outside of AASTU, The Event hall is not in the campus of AASTU rather outside the campus. Use Google map linked here
πEntry: Access is available through the AASTU main gate. The Main gate is specifically located on the venue from Koye Feche square to Meshulakiya.
π΄NB: Those coming from outside of AASTU don't use the Tuludimtu gate.
β DONOT Use TULUDIMTU gates
π Time: The event begins at 3:30 AM local time in the morning (9:30 AM). We kindly ask that you arrive by 2:30 AM Local time (8:30 AM) to facilitate a smooth registration process.
πParking: Limited parking space
πAdditional Information:
β οΈGiven the location of our campus, we advise departing approximately an hour in advance to ensure timely arrival.
β οΈFor your convenience and support, student volunteers have been allocated with care. They will be available throughout the event and can assist you with logistics, information, and any other needs you might have.

πThere will be a bus waiting for you starting from 3:00 LT at the parking lot in front of the administration office, which is the building where you usually use the ATM. The bus will take us to the graduation Hall for the AASTU tech fest event. Please gather and come as early as possible to make the AASTU tech fest memorable!
πNB: Please note that if you miss the bus, you will have to make your own way to the auditorium. Let's all come together and enjoy the event!
