يشكو سمير احيانا من
Spontanous dull throbbing pain
and sometimes significant persistent pain
نوبات الم في الماضي تدل على حدوث
irreversible pulpitis
‼️ Clinically :
Swelling in apex
‼️ percussion and palpation :
severe pain
‼️Radiograph :
radiolucent lesion

♦️Oral hygiene instructions, diet instructions is part of tt plan
♦️When you put tt plan think of prognosis
♦️If difficult to diagnosis think of advanced test as biopsy cone beam
♦️ضع في الاعتبار احتمالية وجود fracture
او وجود resorption وتنبه عليها في الاشعة
♦️استخدم طرق تشخيص متقدمة مثل :
Cone beam and biopsy
في الحالات صعبة التشخيص
♦️واخيرا Refer to specialist اذا لم تصل الى التشخيص

🌸Case Report :
The patient was a 59-year-old ,
female with :
✨A chief complaint of :
a small tender poorly defined, swelling of 1 week duration.
✨Clinically :
the swelling appeared deep in the mucobuccal fold and seemed to be associated with the apices of the mandibular right central and lateral incisors. It was tender to palpation and not fluctuant.
periapical radiographs :
the lesion seemed to be associated with the apices of the mandibular right central and lateral incisors.
🌟🌟🌟All teeth in the area tested vital to cold and electricity🌟🌟🌟
✨The dental history:
not indicate previous traumatic incidents or other notable events other than occasional, temporary swelling in the area.
✨no significant medical history.
