Сегодня будет небольшая история про ребят, которым портфолио помогло попасть в KISKA,
они все начинали стажерами, но сейчас двое из них уже работают как junior designer.

И по случайности три портфолио из этой истории находятся в коллекции примеров портфолио в Behance ( совпадение? :))

Bonus: на самом деле, факторов от которых зависит приглашение к интервью и последующее приглашение на работу сильно больше, чем вам может показаться. Конечно хорошее портфолио это важно, но еще влияет:

- количество кандидатов на вакансию
- необычность формата, (например Clement cделал видео-портфолио, чем сильно отличился по сравнению с порфтолио-вебсайтами или pdf )
- удачный тайминг, вы просто можете прислать портфолио именно в самый подходящий момент
(например когда только возникла необходимость, но еще не успели опубликовать вакансию)
- знакомство с другими дизайнерами ( да, вас могут просто порекомендовать, поэтому очень важно расширять круг знакомых ребят в дизайне и не только)

Выводы: никогда не бойтесь отправить заявку и прислать портфолио, даже если вы не очень уверенны. И иногда так получается, что настойчивость и улучшение вашего портфолио работает как нельзя лучше. Главное не присылать одно и тоже, но если вы будете регулярно присылать новые крутые работы, вас обязательно заметят и пригласят, даже если сперва вы получили отказ. Со временем ваш уровень вырастет и/или вы попадете в нужный тайминг.
