People think that spiritual work invites a force into our lives that makes everything rosy. The truth is, it means inviting everything into our lives that will force us to grow, and this growth can be disharmonious and chaotic.
Why? Every situation that pushes our buttons is a situation we cannot yet love unconditionally, and the universe directs our attention exactly to that in order to help us move beyond that point and awaken.
Our comfort zones are an area where it is easy to love. It is life's task not to respect these comfort zones but to destroy them. We are not yet at the mountaintop before every conceivable zone feels cozy.
So the last thing you ever want to do is fall into the illusion that spiritual life and spiritual relationships are always whole and blissful.
Spiritual warriors endure the intense pains of becoming aware rather than continuing to dwell in the dull pain of unconsciousness for the rest of their lives.

Some of us are probably ready to finally let go and break through, while others are still fighting, wrestling for truths and explanations, and in doing so, spiraling even deeper into MAYA, the dream, the Matrix.
It's particularly evident on social media. Everyone is struggling for answers, everyone is searching, everyone knows, and new fairy tales are being constructed... the self-image, the worldview, and the image of God want to be maintained, to escape into one's own Matrix construct to find support and hope. There's currently an oversupply of spiritual masters, teachers, prophets, clairvoyants, and astrologers, all of whom believe they have discovered and know the truth. You, me, we're all in on it...
Well, here's the "essentials," and if you feel addressed and understood, please read on...
We (as a collective) are currently experiencing the dark night of the soul, or rather, our spiritual crisis.

The Dark Night of the Soul is a profoundly painful inner transformation process that can arise during intensive spiritual development.
The seeker feels cut off and completely separated from God and the meaning of life, experiencing a phase of profound despair, identity dissolution, and existential emptiness.
This can be an incredibly challenging phase.
• We experience a loss of meaning and orientation: Our previous worldview is crumbling, old beliefs no longer hold, and new "revelations" and "insights" have not yet appeared or been integrated.
• Identity dissolution: Our ego begins to dissolve, which is accompanied by fear, confusion, and the feeling of no longer knowing.
• Emotional intensity: We experience profound sadness, anxiety, or even depression. These are not always yours; the entire field is full of them. Everything is heavy, narrow, and dark, and there seems to be no way out once you're in that state.
• Withdrawal and isolation: Many people withdraw during this phase because they feel misunderstood.
• Plus: We experience the loss of our spiritual experiences. After an awakening or an intense spiritual phase, we may suddenly feel as if all our spiritual experiences are "disappearing" or are no longer accessible. All that remains is not knowing, complete emptiness, which is difficult to bear, especially if it lasts for weeks or months, which is not uncommon. It can be terrible.
The whole thing often feels like a total loss of control or as if everything is falling apart – but that is precisely where our deeper opportunity lies.
Please know.
You are not alone in this.
And...
This crisis serves as a "cleansing" – it destroys illusions and ego structures to make room for a deeper, more authentic consciousness.
The old self symbolically dies so that a new self can emerge.
How can you deal with it?
• Don't fight, but allow: Resistance often prolongs the phase.
• Trust in the process: Even if it's difficult, this phase has a purpose.
• Grounding: Nature, exercise, and breathing techniques can help you avoid getting lost in your thoughts.
• Sharing with others: Especially with people who understand this process or have experienced it themselves.
• Gentle spiritual practice: Meditation, gentle bodywork, or rituals can help, but without coercion, always according to your feelings.
Keep going.

The mind cannot grasp non~separation
“I am That”....it agrees happily
There is an “I am” which is “That”
The person feels intact,
and the “That” appears apart
Both collapse the instant the mind falls silent
No person

✨what are you doing with your life? Are you content to let life carry you along, to do what you want, to live as you want, without a thought for anyone else? You are free to live that way. Many, many souls live that way, and then they wonder why they are unhappy and dissatisfied. Only when you learn to forget yourself and live for others will you find true peace of heart and true contentment. I AM here to show you the way, but you must walk it. No one else can walk it for you; no one else can live your life for you. Learn to give and not just take all the time. Why not give on one level and receive on another? Life is a constant giving and receiving. You cannot live for yourself alone and find true happiness and contentment in life. Live for the whole and give to the whole and be whole✨
