Dressed up has the 4th doctor and I was the only one actually in a disguise for the last school day before the 2 week Halloween break. Since no one one knew who I was they just assumed I had gone mad and started wearing random crap has a cry for help

Why does the Tardis never seem to translate words like 'Herr' or 'Monsieur'?
