💢 المضادات الحيويه عند الحوامل 😁

1️⃣
Penicillins (category B) يعتبر الخيار الاول عند الحوامل ويشمل الاموكسيسلين وا امبسلين وغيره من البنسلينات
2️⃣
Cephalosporins (category B)
على الرغم من انها تصنف B الا انه لا توجد دراسه انه يستخدم ك خيار اول في ال first trimester
3️⃣
Sulfonamides (category C):
they can cause hyperbilirubinemia and kernicterus if the drug is still present in the neonate after birth.
يعني لا يفضل استخدامه في الاسابيع الاخيره من الحمل
avoided late in the third trimester.
In mothers with G6PD deficiency,
sulfonamide use has been associated with hemolysis.
The combination of sulfonamides and trimethoprim in the first trimester has been associated with cardiovascular birth defects.

Tetracyclines (category D)
لا يفضل استخدامه لانه يأثر ع الطفل 👶 و الأم
5️⃣
Aminoglycosides (category D)
الغريب في هذه العائله انه 👇🏼
streptomycin and kanamycin are the only agents in the class with reported toxicity, associated with congenital deafness.
بينما اخوهم
Gentamicin يعتبر (category C)
has not been associated with congenital abnormalities, including deafness.
6️⃣
Nitrofurantoin (category B)
mothers with G6PD deficiency, it has caused hemolysis in both the mother and the fetus and should be avoided.
7️⃣
Quinolones (category C)
لا توجد دراسه كثير ولاكنه قد يسبب مشاكل في العضام والغضاريف
8️⃣
Metronidazole (category B)
Avoiding the drug during the first trimester is recommended, if possible.
