TITLE TRACK TOURNAMENT ANNOUNCEMENT
Hello fellow Insomnias! I'm excited to announce that I'm going to be hosting a title track tournament here on the Dreamcatcher sub. I got the blessing of our wonderful mod u/SpideyCyclist and I've been working hard on the format of this tournament.
The tournament will work as a bracket tournament.
You can vote for your favorite title track by answering the short google forms linked in each post.
I will collect the results after 24hrs
I will update the brackets and post the progress on the post for the next round. This way you can follow the tournament without scrolling through all the previous rounds.
This tournament will take place over 15 days in total.
The songs included are all the Korean title tracks, and the Japanese title track Breaking Out as it was a full Japanese album and I needed an even number.
When does it start? I'm going to post the first poll tomorrow (April 28th, at 10PM EDT)
What is the order of the rounds? I will go from top to bottom on each side, before advancing through the next step of the tournament.
If you have any questions on the tournament, please comment down below and I will answer them, I might edit the main post with the additionnal info.

New visa fees introduced for international artists touring the USA
Some of you might already be aware of this, but apparently the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services has increased the visa fee from $460 to $1615-1655, more than tripling the original fee, effective April 1st 2024. It appears that this will also apply to any support crew, such as HMU artists, stylists, dancers, camera operators, managers, bodyguards and other production staff.
If an application is denied for any reason, no refunds are offered.
It's not clear how many support crew DCC sends on US tours, but I would guess it's in the ballpark of 10 for DC. Using this estimate, the visa fees for a single US tour is potentially around $16k (up from ~$5k).
Now, we don't know what the profit margins have been like for past DC tours, but I can't imagine $16k being an insignificant amount.
I'm curious to see how this will impact DC's future US tours. Although 16k sounds like a lot, simply increasing ticket prices by $1-2 each would offset it. But on the other hand, this is an upfront cost and might be daunting for a smaller company without a lot of cash on hand.
