Yes, you can use external speakers when taking the test, please make sure that they are detected as your default speakers. Please note that you cannot use earphones/headphones.
You are allowed to utilize an external microphone as long as the microphone does not obscure the camera's vision of your eyes, ears, or mouth. Pinning, Taping, or affixing the microphone to an article of clothing is completely fine.
