- Fixed errors of Notes and Frequent phrases from Xiaomi cloud backup
- Fixed issues with SIM activate service, it was causing issue of calls history and msgs not getting backup in Cloud app
- Fixed some high drain issue by limiting some apps in background, you still wont miss any notification
- Includes all previous changes too

**Hi all, seems like in 24.2.20 updates, due to changing signer needs to install rom cleanly or run cmd commands after install. Sorry for inconvenience caused, but there were issues in my previous signer and wasn't able to sign some new apps,
From this 24.2.20, all new updates will be using same signer so u can dirty flash next updates on it, even Elite Development Integrity app will be using new signer so better update to latest ;)**
