gone to :
It's used for someone who moved to a place and he is still there.
عندما يذهب الشخص الى مكان ما ولايزال هناك

He has gone to the beach.

It's used for someone who moved to a place but he is not there. He has returned.
عندما يذهب الشخص الى مكان ولكنه عاد
