On a healthy lifestyle
A healthy lifestyle not only means taking care of yourself, but also taking responsibility the future of your descendants.
There are many negative things one could do, but let's focus on the positive things, which will improve the mental health of your descendants:
- avoid daycare and kindergarten
These vile institutions are experiencing a complete transformation right now. In the past they prepared the children for a life of being obedient to authorities, but in the recent months they will outright destroy children right away. Avoid!
- avoid cities and metropolitan areas
Cities have become hotbeds of degeneration and danger. Be it roaming gangs of non-Europeans threatening even elderly women, or hoodlums who target young mothers, I' advise to avoid these places.
- avoid processed and fast food
A sane mind rests in a healthy body. You should always try to prefer cooking over processed food. Show your children the real taste of all things. And also: don't overdo it with sugar!
There are a lot more things to cover, but for today this should suffice.

They had a written Constitution and Bill of Rights in the Soviet Union.
Every man and woman sent to the gulags was convicted during a public trials under the rule of law.
Even Stalins deportation quotas were fulfilled by this system.
Paper is what you wipe your ass with, that’s how much it’s worth.
You know is worth a lot more?
Owning a weapon and ammunition.

On shoes
German archeologists just found a leather shoe, dating to roughly 200B.C. in a salt mine near Salzburg, Austria.
They size of the shoe indicates, that it possibly belonged to a 5-year old child.
We know that Celtic tribesmen worked at this location since around 500B.C. to acquire salt.
