ネパールでは2025年9月初旬の抗議運動が警察の暴力への反発で自発的叛乱へと激化し、連邦議会と多数の政府機関・警察署・政党本部・政治家の邸宅が焼き払われる事態に至った。1日半も経たない内に、カドガ゠プラサード゠オリ首相は逃亡し、政府は崩壊した。しかし、政府転覆は、遥かに長い闘争の第一段階に過ぎない。この混乱の中で、王党派・新自由主義者・急進主義者がネパールの未来を決めるべく競い合っている。叛乱の背景と内部の力学をより明確に理解すべく、私達は、カトマンズのアナキスト゠コレクティヴで図書館のブラック゠ブック゠ディストロにインタビューした。
