Ugly karen and unelected bureaucrat Elizabeth MacDonough has decreed a budget bill cannot include:
1. Excise tax cuts
2. Controls on accounting, finances, or budgets
3. Reductions in budget for salaries or agencies
4. Welfare cuts or cost-sharing
5. Changes in procedures or rules intended to reduced spending
6. Elimination of government agencies
7. Sales of government property
8. Changes in grants for education (has to stay exactly the same as in the Biden era, no new students who voted for Trump)
9. Reforms to protect the Treasury against frivolous lawsuits
10. Repeal of expenditures from budget bills she personally approved under Biden that are scheduled in upcoming years
I didn't even know Trump was doing most of it and it all sounds good.
But this woman decided to remove all of it from the budget: Her name is Elizabeth MacDonough.
