Armenians around the world today remember the 1.5 million victims of the Turkish atrocities that began in 1894 and continued until 1917

Today marks the 109th anniversary of the 1915 Genocide of Armenians, Greeks, and Assyrians. On the night of April 24, 1915, the Ottoman government announced the arrest of the first wave of 235 of the most prominent Armenian intellectuals in Constantinople.

The Turkish Ottoman government killed Armenians through shootings, starvation, death marches, and torture of all kinds. The most common type of killing was death marches, where Armenians were sent to starve to death in the Syrian desert.

Children and women were often attempted to be forcibly Islamized, leading to mass suicides. Young women and girls were often used as domestic servants or sex slaves. Some boys were kidnapped to work as forced laborers for Muslims.

Those who were able to walk more than a thousand kilometers across the desert and survived were granted asylum in French Mandate Syria.

The genocide led to the formation of an Armenian diaspora, and survivors mostly chose France, Argentina and the United States as a refuge.

After the massacres and deportations, some Armenians tried to use bribes to find Armenian orphans as part of the "one child, one bar of gold" campaign. Through the local population, Armenians bribed people who sang Armenian lullabies and thus triggered the memories of the children in order to identify them.

In 1920, a revenge operation called "Nemesis" was launched.

Between 1920 and 1922, the underground cell of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation committed seven assassinations, the most famous of which was the assassination of Talaat Pasha, the main organizer of the Armenian genocide, carried out by Armenian Soghomon Telirian in March 1921 in Berlin.

On August 22, 1939, in preparation for the impending invasion of Poland, Hitler stated:
“Who, after all, speaks today of the annihilation of the Armenians?”

Israel still has not recognized the Armenian Genocide.

In 2015, the Armenian Church canonized all 1.5 million martyrs of the Turkish atrocities.

In 2016, Armenian philanthropists Noubar Afeyan, Vartan Gregorian, and Ruben Vardanyan (abducted, currently being held in an Azeri-Turkish prison in Baku) established the Aurora Prize, which is awarded annually on behalf of Armenian Genocide survivors. The winner of the Aurora Award receives a $1,000,000 dollar prize for awakening humanity. The award recipients are distinguished individuals fighting for human rights around the world and the prize goes to their chosen charitable organizations.

The genocide is fully recognized by 34 countries, including Argentina, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, the United States, Russia, as well as by the European Parliament and the Catholic Church. Dozens of countries around the world have partially recognized the genocide. The first country to recognize the genocide was Uruguay in 1965.

Together with the Armenians, 900,000 Greeks and 750,000 Assyrians were killed.

The Armenian genocide is stubbornly denied by Turkey, Azerbaijan and Pakistan, which 109 years later, in 2023, ethnically cleansed Armenian-populated Artsakh through a 10-month blockade, famine and numerous wars.

Since 2021, the Istanbul Governorate has banned public events commemorating the victims of the 1915 Armenian Genocide.

7% of the population of Cyprus are now immigrants
>https://archive.is/RhAYA

🔸 The Cypriot President, Nikos Christodoulidis, gave an interview in which he detailed some reasons for recently halting the examination of all Asylum Applications from people who claim to have Syrian origin.

‼️ The president commented on how every day for the past two or three months the arrivals of mostly 'Syrian' immigrants from Lebanon has been a daily occurrence. He also noted that due to being an island nation, most immigrants who arrive end up staying and 7% of the total population of Cyprus is now made of immigrants

🔸 He also noted that immigration has become a matter of national security for Cyprus and that as such, the stance of halting the evaluation of any Asylum Application from Syrians was taken

Greece has become the second poorest country in the EU
>https://archive.is/jYl8n

🔸 According with Financial Times and Eurostat, Greece had the second lowest GDP in the EU, being placed only above Bulgaria

🔸 This contradicts current government propaganda that tried to claim that the situation was improving a lot

‼️ Government debt did go down compared to the GDP

🔸 This is not something new as Greece's GDP has been falling for a while now and it had also placed as the second poorest country from 2020 onwards

‼️ With Bulgaria's economy steadily improving over the past few years, it is reasonable to suppose that in a few years, Bulgaria might surpass Greece which would then become the poorest country in the EU

⚠️ Birth Rates plummeted to the lowest in over 90 years

‼️ Wages also dropped significantly

Cyprus 2024

🔸 This video is a great representation of the state of immigration in Europe, adult men exploiting the system to gain benefits and using any possible tactic to do so

🔸 The vast majority are men, able bodied, living off welfare and receiving free housing, putting on public shows of victimism to be used by the European and International Media in order to demand more benefits, taking advantage of the naivety and pathological empathy of Europeans and the lack of decision making by European countries as a whole

‼️All of that while Europe is going through a housing crisis, created by immigration itself and soaring property prices/rent, rising crime, bad services like healthcare

‼️ Europeans are being neglected, abandoned

⚠️ There is no further information regarding the context of this video so far, the only verifiable information is that it comes from Cyprus and seems to be a protest of some sort, although any more information could not be verified

🔴 Greek Prime Minister said that banning "Spartans" (Σπαρτιατών) party is fighting fascism
>https://archive.is/mdHFu

🔸 This weekend the Greek PM spoke about the European Parliament elections this june 9.

🔸 Mitsotakis stated that people should vote and that abstention is not the correct response if you do not agree with the options but that it would be a way to support the republic itself

‼️ The PM then commented that the "Spartans" party would not be allowed to run for the elections and that by doing so and following the measures that had already been voted by the Greek parliament he was "fighting far-right fascism in practice and not in words" like some of his opposition

🟢 Despite disagreeing with the ban of "Spartans", this channel does agree that voting for the European Parliament is necessary. The reason is that every brainwashed student and every traitor will vote 100%, every single MEP seat taken away from them is extremely important

🔴 The INTERPOL released a report on Cyprus' organized crime
>https://archive.is/mxntX

🔸 As part of an international investigation, INTERPOL released a report regarding groups involved with Organized Crime in Cyprus, a growing problem in Cyprus despite not being quite as extreme as in other countries

🔸 Arson, bombings and assassination are some of the crimes cited as being related with such groups in Cyprus, many of these also happened in recent months, including murders in broad daylight with witnesses

💣💥 So far, in 2024, 55 arsons and bomb attacks were reported in 101 days. One arson or bomb attack every 44 hours

‼️ According with the report, gangs are formed mostly by immigrants, mostly from Caucasus, Eastern Europe and "Asia"

‼️ Most of the gangs activities have been related to immigration, followed by drug trafficking and Human Trafficking. Extortion in particular happens mostly in nightclubs both in tourist areas and inland

🔴 The immigration situation in the Greek Islands
>Original post on X

🔸 From April 25-28, 402 illegal immigrant arrivals were registered only on the islands of the Aegean

🔸 The video above is from yet another group arriving to the Greek island of Rhodes, many of the videos are used as advertisement by the smugglers and also immigrants themselves

‼️ It is also important to note that these are only the recorded arrivals that were observed by the Coast Guard or FRONTEX, it does not represent a total since most arrivals are most likely not documented and the immigrants get to enter and leave Greece without a trace

⚠️ This serves as a warning against government propaganda and FRONTEX reports claiming a decrease in immigration when in reality the authorities are either not reporting the arrivals or are simply too incompetent to notice, proof of that are the record breaking number of asylum applications in 2023 (source here) and 2024

🔴 The problems of the UK's deportation campaign
>https://archive.is/cLb3k

👉 Part 1/2

🔸 Britain approved a bill that would allow the British government to deport immigrants to Rwanda if they arrived illegally to the country

🔸 Dublin stated that the measure made many illegal immigrants to move to Ireland to flee from such policies

‼️ The British government revealed that it had earmarked 5700 illegal immigrants for deportation but over 2000 of them have failed to present themselves to the authorities for the deportation and will be detained if identified

/GBG/

🟢 It is absurdly naive and dishonest to think that economic immigrants who crossed multiple borders to leech off government benefits in Europe will voluntarily leave when asked

🟢 Deportations should target not only illegal arrivals but also ALL immigrants involved with crime. Fast deportations without prior detention time, preferably with blacklisting as well

🔴 The problems of the UK's deportation campaign

👉 Part 2/2

🟢 The main implementation problem of this policy is the lack of coordination, not only does it presume that immigrants will simply comply with deportation orders, there was no prior coordination with authorities to prevent immigrants from going somewhere else within the UK

🟢 This is also a prelude to what would happen in case entire countries with very dense immigrant populations decide to implement similar laws, causing massive influx of illegal immigrants towards neighboring countries

🟢 Other mechanisms are also necessary, one of them is completely blacklisting immigrants deported so that they would not be able to open new bank accounts, rent anything or even return to the country in less than 10 years, imposing penalties to those who return

🟢 The blacklisting is necessary to prevent immigrants from returning after being deported, something that has been widely documented in the U.S and also Europe
