嚟緊我哋會舉辦一個列斯港人慈善迷你音樂會，有幸邀請到得獎鋼琴家Ricker Choi表演佢親自作曲嘅「香港狂想曲」同埋為列斯港人分享作曲過程。當日另外會有喺列斯嘅香港音樂團體SOL 同埋獨立表演者Matthew 為我哋表演，分享屬於香港嘅音樂！
所有收益，撇除成本，將會全數捐款細葉榕人道基金，既可以聽到廣東話歌同香港音樂又可以做善事，希望大家多多支持！

特別嘉賓Ricker Choi:
Ricker Choi 將會表演嘅著名作品《香港狂想曲》，曾被共產黨標籤為「分裂主義藝術和音樂」，亦曾經喺2022年4月20號被《文匯報》指控佢侵犯國安法。
Ricker的抗議藝術作品曾喺香港、紐約、倫敦、多倫多、都柏林、東京同埋布拉格展出。利用藝術同音樂為與香港有關嘅組織籌款。
Ricker曾喺多倫多、國際音樂節及獨奏音樂會表演。曾獲得多個獎項，包括柏林國際業餘鋼琴比賽（2010）嘅第二名同埋國際大師業餘鋼琴比賽（2012）嘅第三名。佢最令人難忘嘅表演係喺柏林愛樂廳賣座2500人嘅Großer Saal同埋喺巴黎1000人嘅Salle Gaveau。
「香港狂想曲」:
《香港狂想曲》中融合了五首港人熟知的音樂，包括《獅子山下》、《海闊天空》、《Do you hear the people sing》、《Sing hallelujah to the lord》和在香港已被禁的《願榮光歸香港》。在樂曲中Ricker加入左代表80年代香港的《獅子山下》旋律，仲有代表90年代嘅《海闊天空》，將幾十年對香港嘅情懷擺入《香港狂想曲》之中。
SOL:
SOL是英國基督教慈善團體，藉著社區不同的工作，主要幫助香港人融入英國、建立自信及提升生命質素。
Matthew:
大家好！我是來自Sheffield的Matthew，我是一個好喜歡音樂的年輕人，好開心今次有機會可以在這裏表演！希望大家喜歡我的表演！

列斯香港人慈善迷你音樂會經已順利完成。大家都非常投入，欣賞SOL 嘅經典香港流行曲，又睇到Matthew 嘅勁歌熱舞，最後大家更陶醉於Ricker 嘅音樂創作，並且了解到佢《香港狂想曲》背後創作嘅意念。
除咗可以現場聽到香港音樂之外，今次嘅音樂會更加為細葉榕人道支援基金籌得善款總共£930.2。多謝各位來賓慷慨解囊，為在囚手足及其家人送上關懷同協助。
大家睇到Ricker 激昂嘅表演，都非常感動，更全場大合唱《願榮光歸香港》。面對政權嘅威脅，我哋不畏不懼；對香港人嘅打壓，只會令更多人勇敢企出嚟對抗！
今年係時代革命嘅5週年，雨傘運動嘅10週年。我哋唔會忘記亦唔會釋懷，喺嚟緊嘅6月紀念活動再見大家！
Hong Kong's Anthem Echoes with Hundreds Singing “Glory to Hong Kong”
The Leeds Hong Kong Charity Mini Concert wrapped up with resounding success. Attendees were fully immersed, delighting in SOL's and Matthew's Hong Kong pop tunes. The highlight came with our special guest, Hong Kong Artist Ricker Choi, whose musical prowess left the audience spellbound, offering a glimpse into his inspiration behind "Hong Kong Rhapsody."
Together, we raised £930.2 for Bonham Tree Aid to Hong Kong political prisoners. Thank you all for your generosity!
The event culminates with all attendees singing “Glory to Hong Kong,” a song banned in the Hong Kong now. Sung loudly in the UK, it symbolises our unity against repression, strengthening our resolve to fight until the end.
This year marks the 5th anniversary of the Revolution of Our Times and the 10th anniversary of the Umbrella Movement, both pivotal in our history. "Never forget and never forgive." See you at the commemorative events in June!
